Prime Minister, Charlot Salwai said the reasons of the motion of no confidence against him last Thursday were childish.
The opposition accused Mr Salwai of a private visit to China but he said that it was official visit under the invitation of China and fully sponsored.
Mr Salwai said that the mover of the motion against him and the former prime minister, Sato Kilman was also touring China under the same invitation.
Concerning, the review of the national constitution, Mr Salwai dismissed the allegations made by the opposition on poor consultations. He said that consultations on the review started already when Moana Carcasses was prime minister.
Regarding, the income tax, Mr Salwai said it is to early to blame him because the idea is still on consultation level.
